Check My File provides your credit report from the 3 main reference agencies in the UK. Mortgage lenders will use some reference agencies and not others or use a combination of these 3 agencies. This is why it is important we receive this for all clients. We want to make sure we are advising you correctly from the start – a Check My File credit report helps us do this.
