Founded and based in the seaside Newhaven area of Edinburgh, Mortgage Haven has a duel meaning which takes inspiration from our Harbour surroundings.
It also serves as a promise to all of our clients that it is a safe 'Haven' for them and their mortgage. Taking out and having a mortgage these days is more than simply that, it is key to your financial planning and your future. At Mortgage Haven UK we provide our clients with a full holistic advice service to ensure clients are in the best possible position.
We offer a full range of mortgage & protection advice services, however we specialise in a few main areas -
- Complex income - people are now paid in a wide range of different ways and each lender will asses this in different ways. We use our expertise to find the best options for your individual circumstances
- Complex credit - not everyone has the best credit, some have previous credit issues. This does not mean you are unable to obtain a mortgage, we excel in achieving mortgage offers for clients who on many occasions didn't think it was possible.
